The Greens is an exclusive community in Northern Virginia, filled with contemporary luxury homes. The homes we collaborated on were originally designed by Dutch Architects. These massive, single family homes are filled with vast open spaces, natural light, vaulted ceilings, clean lines, oversized elements and mindful details.
Genuine Designs was commissioned to modify these luxury home plans for production by reconfiguring the footprints of the homes without compromising the integrity of the designs. Creating customizable products with multiple interior and exterior options.
