Salt Creek is a coastal community built on Hilton Head Island. We were commissioned to design six models for this neighborhood with raised concrete foundations and horizontal slats in anticipation of the random rising water levels common with this site.
The base plan is a coastal style, single family home with up to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 car garage. These homes were designed with multiple options to customize both the interior and exterior spaces.
We maintain this portfolio of homes and have created extensive lot specific plans for this neighborhood over the years.
