PROJECT ARCHITECT - MANAGER

Required Skills for all Employee's:
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Be familiar with and possess practical knowledge of construction documents and details
• Capacity to work within different companies standards and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to visualize how elements fit together in 3D when working with 2D drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Aptitude for critical thinking and mathematical concepts.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to take direction and ask for help when needed.

LOOKING FOR A PROJECT ARCHITECT / MANAGER

Position available for a full time PROJECT ARCHITECT / MANAGER

Our company is seeking a decisive, detail oriented, dedicated Project Architect to manage multiple projects throughout the various phases of development, while overseeing a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate for this position has strong leadership and organizational skills with a solid background in residential architecture (minimum 4 years’ experience). AutoCAD proficiency is a must!
This job requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Education & Certifications:

BA Architecture or similar field (Construction Management or Design) REQUIRED!
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and develop custom residential projects from concept through design development.
-
Manage multiple projects, maintain project hours, and job schedules to meet deadlines.

Participate in client meetings, maintain job specific inventories and positive client relationships.
-
Oversee a team of designers/drafters and coordinate with external professionals as needed.

Design within neighborhood specific ARC guidelines as well as site specific building and zoning laws.
-
Work within AutoCAD to create new CD's and check/modify existing CD's and elevations for accuracy.

Redline CD plan changes and inconsistencies to be modified by team members.
-
Help complete CD's when needed.
DRAFTER
LOOKING FOR A DRAFTER
TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Position available for a full time DRAFTER with technical training certification in AutoCAD/Drafting.
This job entails creating and editing construction documents for both custom and production style homes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must!

Required Education & Certifications:
• AA in Computer Aided Design or Related Field of Study
Residential Construction Drafting Experience Preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create building sections, electrical plans, and details to assist in the development of construction documents.
· Make changes to construction documents within different companies standards.
· Manage multiple projects, maintain time sheets and job schedules.
· Meet schedules and deadlines for assigned projects.
· Take over additional responsibilities as abilities grow.
