This contemporary home was designed by Genuine Designs LLC.  We design and create custom homes plans in the Northern, VA area.  This is a contemporary style home.  We also do custom homes in NC, VA, DE, SC, MD, NJ, ID and GA.

This sleek contemporary design is inviting and gives one a sense of balance within the vastness of its' spaces.  

Minimal but mindful details create a sense of calm and portray a simple elegance.  Interior features such as windows, doors and cabinets are all set at 8' to create a sense of cohesiveness, that is felt within the space.
