This massive remodel in Lake Glenville will be transformative.  We were initially asked to add a modern twist to this mountain style home.  What started out as reconfiguring the layout and adding an owers' suite addition, turned into a tear-down and a complete remodel.  The owners' decided to get the most out of this beautiful site by starting fresh.  Especially since the existing 7' ceilings in the lower level were hindering their wish list.

A cantilevered modern roof will extend over the new expanded outdoor living area, with a massive stone fireplace designed for enjoying life on the lake.

 

The new home will have an open concept living space filled with natural light and impressive views of Lake Glenville.  The lower level will house guest rooms and a workshop with 9' ceilings.  The covered patio on the lower level, grants easy access to the lake and enjoying the outdoors.
