This production style home was designed by Genuine Designs LLC. We designed and created several custom homes plans in the the Willowsford neighborhood in Virginia. This is a modern farmhouse full of architectural accents. We also design and draft custom home plans in NC, VA, DE, SC, MD and GA.
Inspired by Virginas' Farming Heritage the Willowsford has modern features with a traditional flair. The vast, open living spaces of this home span three levels.
Layered with dark woods and textural accents from a metallic ceiling to a lush fabric bedroom this home is a treat for the senses.

Entering the home is an experience in itself. Greeted within an impressive foyer flanked by glass walls of sliders, allowing the formal dining room and home office to transform from open to private with ease.
