These four low-impact, mountain modern designs that we created for Westmark Constructions' "pocket community"  nestled deep in the forest of WNC in The Divide at Bald Rock are now under construction.

Full of modern custom details coupled with mountain charm, these small impact homes ranging from 1,050 to 1,704 S.F.  are situated by a woodland stream deep within the rainforest of WNC.  All homes have two bedrooms, two and half baths and are filled with natural light and mindfully framed natures capes.  Boasting expanded outdoor living spaces help make nature a big part of daily life.
